The Fitbit app says that my account does not exist. I have 3 years of data on there, it obviously exists. I tried resetting the password, but it says my account doesn’t exist...

@Miss_Ash are you asking about the account, created 3 years ago, that you are currently logged into?
Let's go to your settings page at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile,
Look near the top of the page, you should see the correct email for this account.
