Fitbit App Notifications Stuck on iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an old Fitbit Flex, and on my iPhone, every time I get a notification for any other app, I get a Fitbit notification over it...from days and days ago. I already deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it's still happening.

For instance, I get a text but I can't see the text on the screen because the same FitBit notification is covering it. Over, and over, and over, and over again.

Any fix for this?

It's great to see new faces around @Christa1024

Hmm this sounds pretty odd let me help you. That's a great troubleshoot that you've tried, the next step that I'd tried would be to set the notifications again, follow the notifications setup instructions and keep an eye on it.

Keep me posted!

Try turning the notifications off in your phone (settings, notifications, Fitbit, toggle notifications off) for 24/48 hours then flick back on. Thank should work.

Thanks for the replies. I actually ended up having to reset my entire phone. Very weird! I'm getting a new phone soon, so hopefully it won't happen again!
