Fitbit App Nutrition Facts disappeared

Hi, up until 1 Feb, when I added my food information to the log, it would show the macronutrients and summary.

However since 2 Feb, all the food I add are missing the Nutrition information (everything shows 0). I am not adding custom foods but food that I have already listed before, or are from the search feature.

May I know what is the problem or how it can be fixed?

Hello @mwongsc, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app in case you haven't done it yet. Then, go to the Food Section of the online Dashboard and check if your logs are showing Nutritional information here. If they are, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

  • Force-quit the app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
