I want to stop getting alerts to my iPhone. I have gone through the "notifications" and deleted all except battery condition but I am still getting auto alerts on my phone. Advice please. Thanks

Hello @Mitzygirl, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. At this moment, if you haven't done it yet, please update the Fitbit app to its latest version. Then, please disable Push Notifications again by going to Account > Notifications. After you've done this, please sync your Fitbit device for the changes to be saved. If you're still getting push Notifications after this uninstall the Fitbit app, restart your phone and install it back. Please make sure to sync your Fitbit device one last time before uninstalling the app to prevent any data loss.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hi @Mitzygirl.  @MarcoGFitbit explained what to do next.  If you are still having problems please let us know what notifications you are still getting.

If the notifications are related to sleep, bedtime reminders, for example, you need to check your settings in "Sleep" under "Goals" on the account page.  Also, iOS has its own "bedtime reminder" function (at the bottom of the screen in the Clock App next to the alarm clock).  It does the same thing as the fitbit version and I completely forgot I set it and drove myself nuts for months turning the fitbit version on and off without any results.

Let us know what works.  Cheers.

I have removed my Charge 2 from the Fitbit IOS app as I have sold it.
But I still geed bedtime reminders every day at 11pm.
As I can no longer set/edit a sleep goal I have no way to edit the reminder
How do I disable it?

It is probably not your fitbit app since you don't have it installed anymore.  Check to make sure there is not a bedtime reminder set in the clock app in iOS (where you set iOS alarms).  Or it may be another app.  I've got a number of habit apps on my iPhone that do bedtime reminders, and other apps designed to make my life 'easier' that just drive me crazy. Seems like they all want be to get to bed earlier or stay in bed longer.

I did not say that I removed the Fitbit app. The app is still installed as I use it with my Aria 2.
So it is definetely the Fitbit app that gives me a messaged every day at 11 pm to get ready for bed - the message has the fitbit logo in front of the message so there is no dobt about it.

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Baltoscott, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums @SunsetRunner, thanks for posting your question. Please note that in order to remove the bedtime reminder you will need to tap on the Sleep Tile in the Fitbit app. Then, tap on the Gear icon on the top right corner to access the Settings. In here, scroll down and disable the "Bedtime Reminder" option.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
