Fitbit App buggy after latest iOS update?

Today and last night, the Fitbit app seems to be buggy following Apple's latest update to my iPhone 8 Plus. My water logging is inconsistent in addition to my weight loss. On the main dashboard, my water is correct but if I click specifically on the water tile it's off by about 12 Oz (78 on main, 66 when I click on the water tile).

My weight  is off by roughly .2 oz as well. These only started happening shortly after installing the update. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello and welcome @bruinsgirl33

I understand your having issues with your Fitbit tracker.Hopefully I will be able to help. Please try to restart your Fitbit tracker and see if that corrects the issue. You can find instructions on restarting your Fitbit Tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
If restarting your tracker doesn’t seem to resolve your issue I would suggest doing a force shut of the Fitbit App.
Hers how:

log out of your Fitbit App

now swipe the app up to force shut it

turn your iOS device off completely then wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device

now log into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

sync your Fitbit tracker

😃 hopefully this resolves  the “buggy” issue and your back up and properly running again. Please keep me posted

Hello!

Still kind of funky. Sometimes with my water intake I need to force quit the app then restart (without logging out) to get it to update. Other than that, seems to be working. I'll restart my tracker tonight and monitor for the next couple days.

Hello again @bruinsgirl33

Im checking back in with you to see if your still experiencing issues or has your issue resolved. If I was able to help could you please tap the “Choose as best answer” box under my post with my suggestion? It really helps others who come to this Community looking for answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it! 😃

On a side note: By the way I voted for your suggestion “Set Custom Calorie Goals for Different Days of the Week!” 😉 I think is a great idea. Hopefully it can be considered.
