A warm welcome to our new friend @SueTh thanks for stopping by! At the moment, the Fitbit iPad Pro isn't in our supported devices so this is why the app isn't available for that device. Our team is working hard to get this device supported as fast as they can.
Thanks for your patience!

@ArizonaGirl There is not one for the iPad. Download the app for the iPhone as @SueTh mentioned.

@mary_fowkes @ArizonaGirl To my knowledge, the iPad Pro has the same Bluetooth hardware as the iPhone 6s (which is a supported device) and I've seen instances in this thread above where users were able to sync their tracker using the iPad Pro.
The supported devices list mentioned above are mobile devices that we've explicitly tested Fitbit trackers with. You should be able to download the Fitbit App from the iPhone App Store and sync normally, it looks like our supported device list hasn't been updated yet.
Apologies for the potential mixup.

@NicoletteCB You need to use the FitBit app for the IPhone. When in the App Store, make sure you change the search criteria to "IPhone" and you should see the FitBit app. (There is not a specific app for the IPads)
Hope that helps~

On your ipad go to the spot that says iPhone Apps (if you have an iPhone with it on it) download it and everything should come back once you download the iPhone App

It has been almost 1 year since the request for the Fitbit app on iPad Pro. Is this app coming anytime soon?
