Fitbit App for IPad Pro

I have upgraded my iPad but.....the app did not come across when I transferred my data via ITunes...when searching the App Store the app isn't listed. Anybody have any idea how I can get the app onto my new IPad? It isn't listed in my purchased apps either 😠

AlexRN:  Yes terribly frustrating.  I have an ipad Pro and the Fitbit App is on it and works perfect.  If you have an iphone and the App is on it go to the App store on your ipad and look for Apps your have purchased/downloaded but that are NOT on you ipad grab it from there and download it should work as mine does..

I have an early iPad Pro (settings say Model # is NLPY2B/A) and it is
fine. Maybe it’s something Apple can help you wth?

I just got the iPad Pro 12.9” and there still isn’t a supported app available. ☹️

I agree. Tried everything seeing that it was on my iPhone 7P but nothing works. Fitbit needs to step it up.

Mine is the  iPad.Pro.9.7-In.Wi-Fi.128GB. so that might be the difference, the App has always worked perfect on mine.....hopefully they will get a compatible App up and running soon, so surprised it has taken this long.

I researched in the App Store and there was no dedicated official iPad Pro app. Most of my apps transferred but not all I cling Fitbit I think because it is not supported on the pro.

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day! Smiley Happy

Please note that the iPhone 7 y 7+ as well as the iPad Pro 9.7" and 12.9" have already been included in the list of compatible devices. I understand the concern of some of you about getting a dedicated app for the iPad, however you can use the iPhone app without inconveniences as both iPad Pro models are supported.

To locate and download the app on your iPad:

- Go to the App Store

- On the top left corner tap on "iPad Only" and select "iPhone Only"

- Next, search for Fitbit and the app should appear as the first item listed.

Now, @AlexRn, would it be possible for you to reply to me with more details about the issues you're experiencing with the iOS app on your iPhone 7+? That will be very helpful for me to investigate this further.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

The only apps that filter for Fitbit is “find my fit bit” I have the 10.2” but I don’t think that would make a difference.

Hello @AlexRn, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see when searching for the Fitbit app on your iPad when "iPhone Only" has been selected on the Store. That will help me check this situation further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.
