I can't close Fitbit App, restart phone, or turn it off. For the past 4 hours my phone has been rendered useless by this App.

@Tbrotz It's great to have you aboard in our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your iPhone got frozen after using the Fitbit app. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your phone got back to life.

In the meantime, please uninstall the app and after this install it again. This should fix the issue.

Let me know how it goes my friend! Smiley Happy

I had to let my iPhone battery die. Charge it again. Reboot. Removed the app. I decided not to re-install the app. Just count my steps, miles, and calories on the Fitbit. Took me too long to enter all my data into the app anyway.

Thanks for the reply.

I was able to reboot by holding the home key and the top side button down until the apple logo appeared.

then all was good.  Sadly, my fitbit is also having issues, it will not hold a charge. I only had it for a little over a year. I don't think I will be replacing it.

The band on my Fitbit was coming apart. It was the Charge and was still under warranty. I called the company and it was replaced with the Ulta as the Charge had been discontinued. Call them, they might help you. My next purchase in this category will be a waterproof smart watch.
