Fitbit App not showing exercise graphs

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The Fitbit App no longer shows exercise graphs for manually entered exercises. This includes older entries that once did show the graphs. The only exercises the App shows graphs for are the exercises it detected automatically. This occurs for both my Charge 3 and my Blaze. The graphs do appear when I log into the Fitbit website and view exercises on my Dashboard. (See screen shots) Therefore, it MUST BE THE APP. I have taken all the usual steps:

Log out of and back into the app

Uninstall and Reinstall the app

Restart the Fitbits

Restart my iPhone

Reset the Auto Recognized Exercise Settings

Synched the Fitbit multiple times

Downloaded the latest version of the app

None of the usually bromides work. So what is going on?

I have a very similar issue. Manually entered workouts don’t show up in the exercise graph or zone breakdowns. The heart rate data shows up on the daily resting heart rate breakdown, so I know the device is syncing and the device is detecting the heart rate data. The problem arrises in the conversion of the data to the exercise interface. Please fix!
