Fitbit App post-run info shows map, but doesn't load thumbnails

I've synced my Ionic with the app, and all the data and GPS track is there. But when attempting to load the thumbnails for the daily exercises, it just spins and spins with nothing loaded. I'm on Wi-Fi, I've restarted the phone, updated all other apps, closed everything except fitbit app. Still nada after 30 minutes.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing trying to load thumbnails for the daily exercises. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following steps one more time in the given order:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
