The app refuses to open on my iPhone 11 Pro Max unless you uninstall and reinstall the app each time. I’ve reset the phone anybody else having this problem?

Best AnswerI’ve contacted Fitbit via phoning them on the Fitbit app and they’ve fixed it via updating my settings on my phone by remote via the app. They did this a few days ago and it hasn’t crashed since

Best AnswerI'm having the same issue with iPhone 8. App will crash immediately. No option to force close as it doesn't open. Tried powering off phone and on. Force resetting phone. Deleting and then reinstalling app, seems to work... for a bit. But then next day won't be able to open again.
