Fitbit App shows a white screen when opening apps

Whenever I open an app from the app, whether it sp02, find my phone, or whatever, it just goes to a blank white screen and I can’t click anything. 

  • I've force quit the app
  • I've logged out and in 
  • I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled
  • I've powered down both my versa 4 and phone device.

 

I hope it’s just a bug that can be fixed 🙂

Hi there, @weeizWelcome to the Community Forums. I appreciate the details provided about the inconvinience that you are experiencing when opening apps on the Fitbit app. Thanks for the troubleshooting that you have tried prior posting. 

 

I recommend to verify if the app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article. A new version was released a few days ago and I hope this helps to fix these kind of issues.
