Hi Reminder to move keeps toggling off. I tried restarting my Fitbit Luxe, making sure the software is up to date, deleting the Fitbit app from my phone and reinstalling it, making sure my Bluetooth settings on my phone work, and ensuring I am not in “do not disturb mode”. I also made sure I’m in the right time zone. Anything else I should try? Thanks!

Hi there, @Dodie98. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the troubleshooting steps that you have tried prior posting. 

 

If the reminders to move toggle is still turning off by itself on the Fitbit app, please make sure that your phones have the most updated Fitbit app installed, a new update was released a few days ago. Once the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app again and log in. Finally, turn on the reminders to move option and see if the issue gets fixed.
