My Fitbit Alta still works but the App opens but nothing happens, it just has the word Fitbit at the top of the screen and a horizontal line at the bottom of the screen, this occurred after version 3.32.1 downloaded and still occurring as I’ve downloaded version 3.33, any thoughts?

I have an iPhone 7, iOS 14.1, I’ve tried the forced shut down, turned the phone off and on, turned off Bluetooth, WiFi, 4g, I’ve off loaded the App but still does not work.
