Fitbit App un-available in Sri Lanka

I'm from Sri Lanka and i recently got a Fitbit Charge HR. I tried geeting the app on my phone but it wasnt available. I got in touch with the Fitbit support team and they confirmed that the app is available worldwide and SL was a listed country. 

I have an Iphone 6S and a link which was also shared by the support rep confirmed that my device is compatible. 

I would really appreciate if you could let me know if the app is available in Sri Lanka and how i can get it on my phone.

Since being a app related question, have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Hi @SonaliD,

The iOS Fitbit App is available in countries where Fitbit has retail presence in.

That being said, I've seen posts on the Community like this one where users were able to download the App outside of the iOS App Store regional restrictions.
