Fitbit App won't sync with iPhone Steps

I'm having problems syncing the steps my iPhone records through Motion & Fitness to the Fitbit App. I've set up MobileTrack on my Fitbit App and pressed Sync Now, but no data gets synced over. I have allowed access to Motion & Fitness in my iPhone settings, so I'm unsure why it won't import the data.

Using:

iPhone 7 Plus

iOS 10.2.1

Fitbit App 2.31

Hello @scurry126, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If MobileTrack on your Fitbit app is not syncing, I would like to suggest removing it from the app, restarting  your phone and adding it back again. Please remember that MobileTrack also needs an internet connection in order to update the information with our servers, make sure you're connected to a WiFi or celular data signal.

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink
