Hi,
I have recently update the app and my iOS, and now my app won’t sync with my Versa. Not sure what to do?
My mom had the same problem with her Charge 2, and she deleted the app and now it won’t let her log back in & reset her password (since she forgot it) - just says there is a problem.
Please help!

Sorry your having syncing issues
Try looking here and set it up this way on your device:
iOS Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show Previews > Always (Default)
also iOS settings>notifications>Fitbit> ON
