Fitbit App won’t work on mobile data

I have this issue to. Was chatting to Fitbit support on Twitter and they blamed the issue on me having other Bluetooth devices that I use with my phone like AirPods. Customer support have abandoned me now as they won’t admit it’s an issue with the Fitbit app.

If your Fitbit device is not syncing while you are using mobile data, but it is able to sync with Wi-Fi, please note that this information has been forwarded to our team and they are working to identify a resolution to this issue as quickly as possible.
