Fitbit BT connection makes my AirPods to disconnect on iPhone 12

When on call, the AirPods disconnect and reconnect constantly.
After much effort realized that Fitbit connection is the causing that. Disabling BT for Fitbit solved my issue. Not even sure who to contact for this. Apple says contact Fitbit.

Maybe you can try to disabled / enabled Bluetooth. Hopefully this wil be an reset for the devices.

I have been experiencing this very frustrating issue. When my fitbit is connected to iphone experience issues with airpods connectivity. Can't get support from Apple nor Fitbit.

Same issues here! I have purchased 4 different types of airpods and all have same problem!  I tried taking off automatic ear detection on the airpods but that doesn't help.  Turned off sense controls too but no better.  has anyone found the answer??

Fitbit hasn't been able to help with this either as of now.  I just purchased a new fitbit sense 2 and will try it out tomorrow.  I'll update what happens.

Gave up on that. I would disconnect the Fitbit completely and only connect
when I needed to sync. Was fed up with it. Switched to Garmin and no issues
at all. Even now connecting the Fitbit messes up my AirPods connection.
