Fitbit Blaze STILL not receiving text notifications

I receive all other notifications  but my texts! I’m getting ready to trade in for a. Apple Watch! Will uninstalling the Fitbit app delete all my info?

I apologize that your Fitbit Blaze is not getting your text notifications. In your iOS setting go to these settings and make these changes:

  • Allow Notifications—On
  • Alerts > Notification Center—On
  • Show Previews—Always or When Unlocked

If those steps still do not resolve your issue please view this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow the instructions carefully. If your still not getting any notifications after following all those steps then keep and eye on that thread for further updates as they become available. I understand your frustration and I hope this gets resolved quickly. 
To answer your other question about deleting the Fitbit App. No, just uninstalling the Fitbit App does not delete your data. You can always reinstall, log in with the same email address and password as you normally would, and your data will be present.
