Fitbit Blaze not pairing

My Blaze opens to the to the setup screen then won't go any further for pairing numerous devices have been used to try and pair it but nothing picks it up. Have done hard resets, deleted then re installed Fitbit app, followed various community instructions. Help would be appreciated.

I'd like to take a closer look at the situation and determine what could be going on. Please answer the following questions:

  • Are you getting any sort of error message? If so, what does it say?
  • Have you synced this Blaze with any other device in the past?
  • What devices have you tried to use in order to get it to pair?
