Charger 2 not syncing steps to iPad

The Charger 2 is not registering the steps on the Apple ipad.It's doing the sleep and calories ok. Have tried everything to fix it. Any ideas Thanks.

Hello @123richardson! Welcome to the Forums.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to please take a screen shot of your app's Dashboard so that I can get a better look at what is going on. Do you have any other device that you could try to sync your Fitbit to in the meantime? Perhaps that could work to get the steps to show up.
