Fitbit Charge 2 no longer syncing.  Problem has been going on for several days and none of the troubleshooting suggestions have worked.  The tracker no longer registers sleep information, most likely because it no longer syncs

Mine is no longer syncing either, sleep not working. Stairs not working properly and the step count has given me over a thousand steps each day for the last year and I only got it the other day. I’m starting to regret getting it.
