Fitbit Charge 3 Wont Show Up in Bluetooth Settings

I'd been having trouble getting my Fitbit Charge 3 to show that I was receiving text messages and other notifications, even though the device was paired to my iPhone SE. So I tried clicking "Forget this Device" on the bluetooth settings because I believed that I could re-pair my Fitbit with my phone. Unfortunately my phone to longer recognizes that my Fitbit exists even though it still syncs with my phone through the fitbit app. I tried restarting my phone, restarting my fitbit, nothing seems to work.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @ABjellandBrown - So sorry you’re having these problems. Please try “Forget this device” in your Bluetooth settings. Also Remove This Device from Fitbit. Now, move to a room that has no other Bluetooth devices in it. No speakers. No Alexa, etc. Try setting up your Charge 3 again. Hopefully this will work. Please let us know.  It has been my experience that sometimes the other Bluetooth devices can interfere with the Fitbit set up.
