Exercise history deleted from previous months

I was just scrolling through my exercise history and discovered that most of my exercises have been deleted from the months of January and February (and possibly even from 2019, didn’t look far enough back to know for sure). Can this data be recovered?

Hi @klrpenguin66. Welcome! It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important is to track your data in your account, so let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if your Fitbit is syncing correctly? Also, have you checked if your exercise history appears in your fitbit.com/dashboard within the Log > Exercise section?

If the Fitbit app is still not displaying your exercise history, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Check your exercise history one more time. Note that you'll need to scroll down to see the rest of your data.

Please keep me updated.
