App kept showing poor GPS alert and unable to track distance. It doesn’t have such issue in the past. I am using an iPhone 7+ with iOS 13.3.1

Welcome, @tiktac! It's nice to have you on board.

Thanks for sharing your phone's information, as well for providing the error message that you're getting on the Fitbit app. Let's work on this together! It seems you're using MobileRun to track your GPS activity directly from the Fitbit app. As you may know, there are some environmental factors that may affect the GPS connection, such as tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills or even thick cloud cover. If the signal is blocked because you're either underground or due to another reason, the GPS won't work.

If those conditions don't apply to you, please try the following steps:

  1. Go to your phone settings and make sure Location is set to Always for the Fitbit. Also, under General enable Background App Refresh for Fitbit.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try starting your MobileRun activity one more time.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
