Fitbit Charge 3 wont sync with the Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge3 will not sync. I've updated the Fitbit App and my phone's ios. I've done both a soft and a factory reset. I've reset my bluetooth settings multiple times. Nothing is helping.

Please let me know what else I can do.

@bronwyn77 Welcome! It's great to see you around.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for all the troubleshooting tried so far. I suggest trying the following in order:

1. On your phone, tap Settings → Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device  → Forget This Device.
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Restart your Charge 3 one more time. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Restart your phone
5. Turn on Bluetooth and open the Fitbit app

  •  tap the today tab and then tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue. Click on replace if you see the option.

On a side note, I've moved your post to this thread so we can keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
I tried the suggestions listed. When I got to the last step, the FitBit App
states "We found your tracker!", but then at the bottom of the screen it
says "Connecting..." and spins, but doesn't do anything else.
Anything else I should try?
Thanks,
Bronwyn

Sounds like you have tried everything, mine has been flawless for many months now.

Try disconnecting the fit bit from the phone and forget this device on the your phone then try shutting your phone off completely and shut the fit bit off completely for a while then restart the phone then restart and repair the fit bit with the phone that’s all I can suggest - good luck!

Mine is having the exact same issue since my iPhone 12 updated. I am going to lose two StepBets if this cannot be resolved.
