I've been using a charge 5 for about a year now and it's been working great, but about a month ago I would log my glucose reading, I would see the dot appear on the chart and then it disappears, and I have to log it again. Is there any fix for this?

Hello @Blksmthmc and welcome to the Community. You are describing an app problem or bug. Do you use an Android or iPhone? Your post can get moved to a better fit forum where you might get more help. Glucose logging isn't a premium feature.

Hello LZeew, Thank You for your response. I am using an iphone SE 3rd gen. Both the phone and charge 5 have the latest updates. I also am subscribes to the premium features. The only place were I can log my glucose is on the phone app so it's an app problem.
