Fitbit Charge 5 not syncing today

Last time this happened I went down every different approach to get it to sync.   Thought it was the device.   Found out it was the server.     Same sort of thing seems to be happening today.   I was able to sync it earlier in the day.   Now can't.   Any server issues going on again?

Well.... After applying the new 3.78 app today I could not sync my fitbit charge 5.    I had to do a reset via the watch.   The watch was responsive so I did not have to do it the charging method.   This resolved my sync issue.

I could not get it to sync with my iPad or my iPhone. When I got home, I had to reset and in the process I lost all my data for the day. I had also paid for premium and it seems like that is gone too, because it said I was on a 6 month free trial. After many years it may be time to say goodbye to Fitbit.
