Same problems here - tried everything above, now stuck in endless loop of "Finishing Up...." Anyone have any luck??
I'm a new Charge HR user, received for Christmas. It worked for all of 6 days before these problems started. Incredibly disappointing, and based on what I'm reading so far on these forums and other websites, this is as known, ongoing problem that Fitbit doesn't seem particularly interested in fixing.

Go to your account on your iPhone on your fitbit app
Scroll to the bottom where it says remove this charge HR and click it
Click add a new device and reconnect your charge HR
I tried everything I read from the Fitbit rep, trouble shooting solutions and from to other posts. This was the one that worked!

Yep -did that too. And it worked until I tried to sync it. Then back to square one... Hate this Fitbit and the company do not seem interested in solving this problem.
