Fitbit Charge HR Won't completely Sync

My Fitbit charge HR begins to sync, gets halfway through, then stops syncing. I've turned off blue tooth, rebooted my phone.
Any other suggestions?

I read a couple of posts that indicate android and apple apps are experiencing the same thing.  When will the company fix this problem?

Same problems here - tried everything above, now stuck in endless loop of "Finishing Up...."  Anyone have any luck??

 

I'm a new Charge HR user, received for Christmas.  It worked for all of 6 days before these problems started.  Incredibly disappointing, and based on what I'm reading so far on these forums and other websites, this is as known, ongoing problem that Fitbit doesn't seem particularly interested in fixing.

I followed this suggestion since all others were not working and now my iPhone 6 will not allow me to Set Up a device, I get a Forbidden 402 error.

Ok, now I have logged out of the App and when I try to log back in it gives me an error message telling me my iPhones time dosnt look quite right, to go into settings and set my time to Automatic Update and will not let me log into the App.
This is nuts! This is a bigger problem that FitBit needs to straighten out with Apple ASAP!

I was stuck on the endless finishing up screen 😞 but left my phone and fitbit alone for 5 minutes and it eventually paired! Goodluck everyone!

Mine was in finishing up mode for awhile too and I thought it wouldn't work just like the syncing issue but I was patient and eventually it worked!

This must be a new issue because I've had mine for a few months and this is the first issue I've had with it ever. Fitbit just needs to fix the bug...

Go to your account on your iPhone on your fitbit app

Scroll to the bottom where it says remove this charge HR and click it

Click add a new device and reconnect your charge HR

 

I tried everything I read from the Fitbit rep, trouble shooting solutions and from  to other posts.  This was the one that worked!

Yep -did that too.  And it worked until I tried to sync it.  Then back to square one...  Hate this Fitbit and the company do not seem interested in solving this problem.

Fitbit sent me instructions for resetting the Charge HR - I thought it was going to work, but at the last minute it failed again. I then followed the instructions for a factory reset shown on YouTube, which had a couple of extra steps, and Success!!! I was pretty wary when trying to sync with my iPad, iPhone and Mac, but each time it worked fine. And it has stayed that way!!!! I can’t believe it. So this story does have a happy ending after all. There was a significant delay in getting replies from Fitbit, and they apologised for this, saying it was because they had had a lot of emails. I guess there are a lot more unhappy people out there. But to anyone reading this - try the YouTube factory reset - you may be lucky like me.
