Fitbit Charge Syncing Issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi there

I own a Fitbit charge.  I have been noticing that my stepcount history is not saving each day within the app (despite me remembering to sync the device to my iphone each day).

I have the most up-to-date version of IOS and the Fitbit app, and am struggling to know what else i could do to rectify this.

Thoughts?

Mine is doing the exact same thing!! I deleted and reloaded the app ans still nothing. Before I reloaded it, my app at least showed my steps, but now it is stuck at 0 steps. 😒

It's nice to see you around guys @Aprilenn @MVDB1234, hope you're doing great today!

I'd recommend restarting the Charge and Charge HR by doing these steps:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122" for Charge HR and "V30" for Charge).
3. Let go of the button.
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Afterwards, try doing the following:

  1. Log out of your Fitbit App
  2. Force quit the App
  3. Restart your Charge HR at least three times in a row
  4. Turn off the Bluetooth
  5. Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  6. Turn on the Bluetooth
  7. Log back into your Fitbit App

Let me know if this works! Smiley Very Happy
