Fitbit Charge works but will not sync

My Fitbit Charge works fine, but will not sync with my iPhone 6. It was working fine, but on Dec 28th it started showing a red x where it used to show my charge. (In the Fitbit app). Sooooo, I uninstalled it. Now, it Wil not reinstall or pair.. I have rebooted and charged overnight. My phone will not "find" if, and my Fitbit looks like it's a stopwatch when I hold the button for the 3 seconds to pair. Help!

Thanks for joining us! Smiley WinkMmm this is weird, I'd suggest you restart your tracker one more time and then make sure your Charge is charging as it should by following the tips provided at My tracker's battery isn't charging. After doing this, please set up your tracker as a replacement.

Thanks for the tips! I turned off my Charge and left it and on the charger overnight. Next morning, I was able to set it up and sync again. I lost a weeks work of data, but at lease it's working again! Thanks again for the response.
