My Fitbit charger 2 watch is slow by 4 minutes.  HOw to sync and make accurate??

Hi @kathleenmduffy and welcome to the forums. In order to sync your Charge 2 to your iPhone, you will have to download the Fitbit app then set up the Charge 2 from within the app. This should solve your time issue. You can find more detailed instructions in the Charge 2 manual.
