Fitbit Clocks app missing

Hello, I can not find the “Fitbit Clocks” app in the list of available apps.

 

i have a Versa 2.

my friend has a versa 2 and they can see the app.

how can I add it to my list?

@joe90wood   What is the firmware version of your Versa 2?  You can find this by tapping on your profile picture > Versa 2.  The reason I am asking is that the version with the clocks app is v 70.7.14.  A different user (in a very different post) said he just got this update today.

@joe90wood   It's listed as "Clocks", with Fitbit as a subtitle, not "Fitbit Clocks".  This app should have loaded on to your Versa 2 when you did the firmware upgrade.

I do not find it as Clocks.
