Fitbit Flex not syncing

I have tried all of the "troubleshooting" I don't want to loose any data. Why isn't my flex syncing? It looks like it hasn't synced in a few days, it has a charge to it.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Fitbit Flex not syncing with your phone. Thanks for the things you've tried to get it to work, however, I'd like to know what exactly you've tried.

Just to be sure, see if you've tried the tips below:

-Restarting your tracker. 

  1. Plug your charging cable into aUSB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Remove the pebble from the wristband and insert it into the charging cable.
  3. Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
  4. Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
  5. Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.

-Rebooting your phone and your phone's Bluetooth

-Tried to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

-Remove your Flex from the connected Bluetooth devices. For that, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and it should sync.
