Hi Everyone, we are aware of current issues with MFP and Fitbit syncing. MFP is currently working on this issue. You can follow the progress in this thread. Thanks for your reports and patience.

Hi, @Kcoleman6! I would suggest going on the Fitbit dashboard, disconnecting the two apps, and reconnecting them again to see if that gets them syncing again.

Have done this multiple times.  It works to sync once.  It will not sync automatically.  Frustrating.

I have reloaded both and turned off and on phone- nothing seems to help.

I’ve been having the same problem for several days. Third instance of these issues in the past two weeks. Frustrating.

It's an issue on the MFP side, not the Fitbit side, so you just need to wait it out until MFP get it fixed.  This happens periodically and I have found that there's no point disconnecting/reconnecting etc as it doesn't make any difference.  There is something on the MFP server that needs resetting and once that's done, it will (should) start syncing correctly.  It's very frustrating as it always seems to happen over a weekend when no one is around to work on it.

Mine began working earlier today, and was fine until around dinner hour and then stopped syncing after that. That’s what it did over part of the weekend too.
