Fitbit Flex won't sync

Help! The last day my Fitbit synced was 2/22! When I try to force it to sync it still says "searching." I've tried closing my app and reopening, I've also tried logging out, turning off my phone, and uninstalling the app! When I Downloaded this morning I was hoping it would immediately recognize my flex and sync but it didn't. Any suggestions?!

Hi @Angela119 welcome to the Community! hmmm sounds pretty weird that your Flex suddenly is not longer syncing. Smiley Frustrated But, don't worry, let me continue assisting you. On the steps you listed, I can see that you haven't tried to restart your tracker, so I suggest you to follow these instructions to do that: 

- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
- Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.

After that, please try to sync your tracker. It should be working, but if that is not the case, please review this article "I can't sync my tracker".
