Hi @Angela119 welcome to the Community! hmmm sounds pretty weird that your Flex suddenly is not longer syncing. But, don't worry, let me continue assisting you. On the steps you listed, I can see that you haven't tried to restart your tracker, so I suggest you to follow these instructions to do that:
- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
- Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
- Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.
- Take your tracker out of the charger and insert it back into the wristband.
After that, please try to sync your tracker. It should be working, but if that is not the case, please review this article "I can't sync my tracker".
