Since last Sunday I have not been able to sync my Fitbit via my iPhone Bluetooth. The Fitbit is working properly but the iPhone will not sync, it recognize the Fitbit any suggestions? It keeps asking me is the Fitbit on, is the lights lighting up and all the lights are lighting up when I tap it two times and it still says not working. I don’t know what else to do at this point, any suggestions would be helpful.

None of the steps helped, even online support for Fitbit couldn't help. I guess fitbit's don't last after 3 years. Will decide if I'm going to buy another or not.
Thanks for everyone's help!
