Is the iPhone XR really not compatible? I don’t have Facebook as an option on my notifications list to select. Instagram is there though?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

About your inquiry about compatibility, I recommend taking a look at the help article Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? for more information.

Now about your Facebook notifications, have you set this up? If you haven't, I suggest following the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up notifications?.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Alejandra - According to that list my phone is compatible, but the page where you search it is not there.

Yes, I have notifications set up for other apps such as Instagram and Shipt, but Facebook is not on the list of options to select.  Hence the problem.

Thanks for the update @SunsetRunner.

Can you please from the Fitbit app, go to notifications, app notifications and provide me with a screenshot of the apps you are able to see in that option?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
