Fitbit app is missing element of daily stats even though on occasion it has been previously synced and saved and displayed in the app. It also takes a long time to sync even though I wear daily and check stats daily on the app. This is becoming increasingly frustrating, am tempted to return the device and get my money back, as last week I had a separate problem after you had a technical problem with the time on the device not updating and syncing...

Hi @PowerPud welcome to the Community! Hmmm this sounds too weird, but don't worry, for what you are telling me, I don't believe it is a syncing issue, the issue is with the Fitbit app itself, so please go ahead and force quit the app from your iPad and if that doesn't work, please try to uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstall it.
Let me know if that works!
