Gets as far as the 4 digit code and then locks up.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

@DeadlyKitten welcome to the forums! That's pretty weird. Have you tried a restart already? If not please do the following:
- Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
- Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
- Let go of the button.
- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
If you have tried all of the above then I suggest contacting our Support Team for further troubleshooting. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior.
Good luck and keep me posted!
