Hey folks,
So I do love a lot of the new features on the app. My question is for those of us who are lifting or doing some level of body building - is there a way to track the caloric burn of what our weight lifting routines? The reason I ask is that obviously the more we burn the more we need to adjust our intake as well.
Any help is definitely appreciated.

Hello @MatteGrey, and welcome to the Community!
It's possible to log your Lifting exercise on the Fitbit app by tapping on the Quick Action button on top of the menu and then on Track Exercise:
Then, tap on Log and and start typing the exercise you'd like to record, in this case "Weights". Once the activity is listed tap on it:
Finally, on the next screen select the date, time and duration of the exercise and tap on Auto under the Calories field, that way the App will calculate the calories burned from the exercise based on your BMR (basal metabolic rate)
Once logged in, the Activity will be added to your log and you can check it by tapping on the Exercise tile. I hope this information can be helpful for you, please feel free to reply in case you need anything else!
