Welcome to the forums @DONTclickMEE! We've had some reports about the Fitbit App for iOS not keeping you logged in, and our development team is aware of this issue. They'll be investigating this further and see what can be done to get this fixed. You can visit this thread to get more information and updates.
As a workaround to try, please check if there's a pending update for the Fitbit App for iOS; if you're on the latest version, please uninstall (restart your phone) and reinstall the Fitbit App.

On the other thread, user phv detected it had something to do with the WiFi router. Turn off WiFi and use 3G or LTE and try syncing again.
