Hi,

 

i have a fitbit charge hr. My app is up to date (updated 1 Nov 17). I made the mistake yesterday of pushing the button to update my tracker. Ever since then when ny fitbit is not on charge I have a black screen and when it is on charge there is a line with half of it thicker.  Nothing else works on it.  Every time I push try again on the update tracker option I get the fb fitbit blue tooth error 18 message.  I am lost without my fitbit, please help!!!

I managed to fix it by using an old phone that didn’t have the most recent update.  All good now.
