Extremely Slow or dropped sync for Charge HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have seen several posts about this issue and have gone through the steps of restarting, deleting and starting up again, forgetting and refinding in Bluetooth, etc. In short, I have gone through every step I have seen posted to try and fix the issue. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a sync to complete only to have it drop is ridiculous. Please let the community know if you are working on a fix and when can it be expected to be released.

The new update is slowly being released, syncing is like 90% faster with the new update.

I have tried this and it made no difference. Still takes more than 10 minutes if it doesn’t drop.

Fitbit Pairing to a iPhone. Kind of put this out there just to try.
I just came came back into town and my Fitbit was on a different time zone and I could not get Bluetooth to pair.

I had to do the below together to get it to pair.

I went to the notifications tab on the Fitbit app and noticed my calls slide was turned off on my iPhone 6S. I moved the slide over to turn it to green and a pop up showed up asking me if I wanted to pair my Fitbit with my iPhone. I clicked yes and it paired my Fitbit with my iPhone 6S with the latest 11.1.1 software.
Syncing is working perfectly now.
