Fitbit app crashing constantly.

My app for my iPhone keeps crashing on me, never use to do that

Hi, I am having the same problem.  Is there anything we need to do to fix it on our end? Would uninstalling and Re-installing the app help (or would that wipe out history?)

Yes they really need to fix this problem, it really is making me think about leaving Fitbit.
I tried reinstalling the app, didn’t work.

I understand your concern about the Fitbit app crashing constantly. At this moment I would like to request some information from you so I can forward it to our team. 

 

  • iPhone/iPad model you're currently using.
  • OS version your mobile device is running.
  • App version currently installed. (if possible go to Account > Help to get the version number)
