Hello,

I have received Fitbit Luxe for a birthday and after installation, I have tried with my friends the notification system. 

SMS, Mail and Whatapps are failed because notification are received by my Iphone XR but it is impossible to get vibrations on Fitbit Luxe. It is a pity.

Without answer from your side urgently, I will put bad comments on social networks  because any warning that Fitbit is not compatible with Iphone.

Please act urgently
