Fitbit Charge 3 & Fitbit Versa 2 wont sync, setup or notification work with iPhone new update.

 

im done wasting my valuable time with products and companies that have for months said “ we are aware of issues connecting with iPhone and we are QUICKLY Working to resolve the trouble).  Haha!  LIES!

 

moving on and not raising anymore money on these products.  Been through all troubleshooting with help forums and support with no change or luck in 6 MONTHS.

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues at this time. I do understand not receiving your notifications are quite frustrating. Hello,

 

I appreciate the offer but I have run through those same step in the thread attached on all three devices as well as several other tricks with support removing device, reinstalling app, making sure it updated app and still same problems and just can’t spend money on a device that won’t work.

 

Again, I appreciate the offer to assist but at this time we are moving to apple watches to make sure our devices communicate properly.
