Fitbit One auto syncs to iPhone so infrequently that weekly sums are wrong

My Fitbit One is set to automatically sync to my iPhone 6.  However, in the past few months, it has begun to not automatically sync very often.  I notice this when a weekly summary lacks data for a number of days.  Once I open the app, it syncs.  How do I get the fitbit One to resume automatically syncing?  (It clearly syncs sometimes; just not often enough.)

Hello @skier7, welcome, it's great you have you on board! Robot Happy

In this particular situation what we can do is reset the All-Day Sync function on the Fitbit app.

  1.  Open the app and tap on the Account tab.
  2. Tap on your tracker's name, on the next screen scroll down and enable All-Day Sync in case it's disabled.
  3. If it's enabled, disable it and forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  4. Open the app and enable All-Day Sync once again.

I hope this information can be useful, give it a try and feel free to reply in case you need anything else!

I have followed your instructions, but to no avail.  This is very frustrating when I get the weekly activity report, for it doesn't actually report on my activity.  Instead, it just reminds me to sync my Fitbit!  What are the next steps to take to get all day sync'ing to resume working?
